Products with Purpose

Products with Purpose is more than a boutique — it’s a movement. Every item on our shelves is handcrafted by survivors of human trafficking or created by organizations/individuals dedicated to healing and empowerment. From the heart of Alaska to communities across the U.S. and around the globe, our curated collection reflects resilience, artistry, and hope. When you shop, you’re not just choosing beautiful, meaningful goods — you’re standing for freedom, dignity, and second chances. Every purchase tells a story and every story matters.

Hope Jar

With every purchase from “Products with Purpose”, a pom pom is added to this jar. Each pom pom represents a survivor of human trafficking and exploitation whose life is being impacted through meaningful employment, healing, and hope. Your support helps build a future of freedom and dignity. Thank you for standing with survivors and being part of their journey.

Vendors

Uncle Leroy’s Coffee:

Uncle Leroy’s has worked with Refuge Coffee Collaboration to make a specific blend called “Traffic Stop”. Every purchase of our Traffic Stop blend helps support survivors of trafficking in Alaska, fund awareness and advocacy efforts, and provide essential services where they’re needed most.

This is a medium roast with caramel, chocolate, and citrusy undertones. 100% Colombia beans.

Sipping Streams Tea Company:

One of our survivors worked alongside the team of Sipping Streams Tea Company to create a custom blend called “Still Rising”. Unable to drink coffee, S’ intention behind this blend is for others to feel loved and grounded in their journey. It’s a comforting blend of Earl Grey, rose, vanilla, and lavender — steeped in strength, blooming with hope.

The Modern Indigenous:

Inupiaq from the Native Village of Kotzebue, Alaska, The Modern Indigenous blends Alaskan Inuit culture with rustic elegance.

“I love making jewelry because it tells a story. And part of that story in Alaska is that people have been abused and mistreated in many ways. Trafficking is one of those ways and I have witnessed it and I have seen the ways it has shaped lives. My support for this mission stems from the desire to effect change and to provide support for those who have suffered at the hands of others. Refuge Coffee is a beautiful space and support system for those who have been impacted by exploitation.” -Kassandra, Modern Indigenous Owner

Each piece is created by an artisan rewriting her story— a woman reclaiming her safety, her worth, her creativity, her dignity. Through your purchase, you have become a part of this story. Your purchase enables the maker to stay with her family, provide for their needs, live in safety, receive an education, and be empowered to dream beyond mere survival.
